We are a small company based in Richmond, at the top of the South Island, made up of a licensed cadastral surveyor and a civil engineer/landscape architect. We are enthusiastic about what we do and approach our projects with commitment.

The following provides a brief introduction of who we are and our experience:

Clinton O’Leary – Licensed Cadastral Surveyor
MNZIS, BSurv (Otago), 1997

Clinton is a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with seventeen years experience in the survey industry. Much of this experience has been gained in Wellington, working on large and small scale land development projects, construction set-out and deformation monitoring. In 2002 he travelled overseas and began specialising in high accuracy dimensional control surveys, which involved travel to various locations through-out the world. The conditions were often difficult and required different techniques to maintain the required accuracy.
This time spent working abroad introduced him to new challenges and new techinques to overcome these. This experience, partnered with his experience in land development projects, means that 3rd Dimension is well equipped to face any challenges raised in your project.
